    Absolutely. You can use our CLI, collector agent, or API to securely push certificate metadata from internal services, keystores, or even air-gapped environments. We never require access to private keys or full certs—just metadata.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes! All paid plans include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll get full access to features like internal cert tracking, API integrations, and alerting. Cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

  • What happens if I exceed my certificate limit?

    We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Monitoring continues uninterrupted, but new certs can't be added until you upgrade or clean up. You’ll always have visibility into your current usage.

  • Can I upgrade or change plans later?

    Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Usage is prorated automatically.

  • Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational teams?

  • How secure is my certificate metadata?

    SSL Guardian only processes and stores metadata (expiration, fingerprint, issuer)—never private keys or raw certs. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 compliance and audit logging are part of our Enterprise roadmap.
