Last Updated: 7/21/2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to SSL Guardian ("Service"), a service provided by ExyData Ventures ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SSL Guardian is a certificate monitoring service that helps users monitor, manage, and receive notifications about SSL/TLS certificates. The Service includes certificate discovery, expiration monitoring, notification systems, and analytics related to SSL certificates.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information. You agree to pay all fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. You must provide a valid payment method for paid features. Free trials may be offered at our discretion.

5. Service Limitations and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Certificate Monitoring Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information about SSL certificate status, we cannot guarantee that all certificates will be discovered or that notifications will be delivered in time to prevent certificate expiration. Users are ultimately responsible for managing their certificates and should not rely solely on our Service for critical certificate management.

7. Data Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExyData Ventures and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material without our explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExyData Ventures, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExyData Ventures and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
